Mother's Day
This morning I was reflecting on my Mom, with Mother's Day on Sunday..as she takes care of me, with my progression of MS.."Can anyone really comprehend "unconditional" love? It seems the love that a Mother has for her children, is as close to unconditional love as we can get without the help of God's love in our lives. A mom continues to love her children through good times and bad, and she doesn't stop loving them if they don't meet the expectations she may have for them. She will make a choice to love her children even when she considers them unlovable; a mother's love doesn't stop when she doesn't "feel" love for them. This is similar to God's love for us, but as we shall see, God's love transcends the human definition of love to a point that is hard for us to comprehend."

Sometimes this constant serving can be exhausting and even discouraging— particularly for a first-time mother.Unless you are willing to stoop down and get your hands dirty, you will miss the real riches of motherhood. By dying to your own desires and pouring your life into someone else’s, you become like Christ and create a godly legacy that will carry on for generations to come. What greater blessing could one hope for? Of course, the motivation for serving others should not be to reap benefits, but when we follow God’s plan for our life, that’s what happens.
