Jesus Heals a Man Who Was Let Down through the Roof of a House..Mark 2
Jesus heals a man who was let down through the roof of a house..Mark 2. This scripture, has been put in my spirit for weeks now, HE wants me to notice something in the spirit, that isn't seen in the fresh.
A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home. They gathered in such large numbers that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them. Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them. Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on.-Mark 2 verse 1-4.
My first thought, was if this is the church..why didn't they let this poor disable men through? The Lord spoke to my spirit, saying Many of them came only for healing, and many perhaps only for curiosity, to get a sight of him. For me these four men were the church, if they could but carry this poor man once to Christ, they knew they should not need to carry him any more; and therefore did what ever they could to get him to him; and when they could not otherwise get to him, they uncovered the roof where he was, Mark 2:4.
