" When Life Gets in the Way"

Sometimes life gets in the way of living. You can go through such trying circumstances that you forget who you are. There are things you may experience that can kill your spirit, faith and your identity. In losing hope you begin to lose yourself. You can forget everything, your strength, your hope, your self-esteem, your pride, your past achievements and you become what the circumstance says you are. For example if you are broke instead of thinking this is a temporary circumstance, you begin to think I am poor. If you have failed in an exam or in business you being to think I am a failure. If you have failed in your marriage you begin to think no man or woman will ever want me any more.

When life gets in the way, it takes a positive attitude, to steer us back, we have to dig deep into our soul and spirit to push out the negative circumstances. " Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."- Isaiah 43:19
With writing this , I think about that moment, when the doctor gives us that bad news. Know one prepares you for that…. there’s no therapy or comforting that can easy that moment. Your kind of on your own, even with close family and friends, who can really understand, "You must walk a mile in his/her shoe".

The Good News said…
Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters. . .” (Isaiah 55:1). Are you thirsty, or complacent and indifferent— so satisfied with your own experience that you want nothing more of God? Experience is a doorway, not a final goal. Beware of building your faith on experience, or your life will not ring true and will only sound the note of a critical spirit.
